1. Purpose and Position

This Fair Play Policy explains the principles governing the fair, transparent and appropriate use of mitronex.com and the digital entertainment service operated by METROTEXT LIMITED.

Mitronex provides underwater-themed digital content, interactive entertainment experiences and related platform functionality solely for personal recreational use. Certain features of the Service use internal digital interaction units known as M-Coins.

The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that the nature of the Service, the role of M-Coins and the possible outcomes of Digital Entertainment Experiences are presented clearly and are not misleading. The Service does not provide gambling, betting or wagering and does not offer cash, cryptocurrency, prizes, winnings, payouts, redeemable rewards or anything else with real or potential economic value.

By accessing or using Mitronex, Users acknowledge that the Service is a digital entertainment product and that participation in Digital Entertainment Experiences cannot generate monetary returns, financial profit or any benefit outside the Service.

This Policy should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, M-Coins Policy and any other rules or notices published on mitronex.com.

2. Nature of Digital Entertainment Experiences

Digital Entertainment Experiences available through Mitronex are provided solely for recreational and entertainment purposes.

The Service may include interactive mechanics, visual challenges, timing-based activities, sequences, user selections, randomised visual outcomes and other features forming part of the digital entertainment content.

These experiences may be visually inspired by familiar entertainment formats, but they do not involve staking or risking money on an outcome and do not provide any opportunity to obtain anything with real or potential economic value.

Any result, score, sequence, progression indicator, visual outcome or other response generated through the Service exists only within the digital entertainment environment. Such outcomes do not represent money, property, winnings, financial returns or rights enforceable outside Mitronex.

Digital Entertainment Experiences are not intended to reproduce or predict the probabilities, outcomes or financial consequences of real-world gambling or other real-money activities. Users should interpret all outcomes solely as elements of the entertainment content.

Mitronex operates as a Closed Ecosystem. M-Coins may be used only within the Service to access or interact with Digital Entertainment Experiences and related platform functionality.

M-Coins have no function outside Mitronex and are not accepted by METROTEXT LIMITED or any third party as payment for external goods or services.

M-Coins allocated through an Access Package, together with any associated Account records, usage history, scores or progress, remain internal elements of the Service and do not, solely by reason of their allocation, possession or use, create any entitlement to compensation, repayment or external benefit.

3. No Real-Money Gambling or Economic Rewards

Mitronex does not provide real-money gambling, betting, wagering, sweepstakes, real-world lotteries or prize-based activities. Any category name, visual design or interactive mechanic that resembles a familiar format such as Bingo, Roulette, Lottery, Spins, Wheel, Cards or Dice refers solely to simulated digital entertainment content. Such terminology does not indicate that the Service provides gambling, a lottery, wagering or any opportunity to obtain a prize or anything of money or money's worth.

Users do not place monetary bets, stake funds or risk money when accessing Digital Entertainment Experiences.

Payments made through the Website relate solely to Access Packages that provide access to digital entertainment content, platform functionality and an allocation of M-Coins for use within the Service. A payment for an Access Package is not a deposit, stake, wager, investment or purchase of money, electronic money, cryptocurrency, stored value or another financial product.

M-Coins are not money and have no monetary, transferable or redeemable value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred between Users, gifted, sold, traded, exchanged, pledged or converted into money, cryptocurrency, goods, services, discounts, vouchers, gift cards or anything else with real or potential economic value.

The result of a Digital Entertainment Experience does not create any right to a prize, payout, refund, repayment or reward. Any refund rights relating to an Access Package are determined solely in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable consumer law and do not depend on an entertainment outcome.

4. Age Limitation and Protection of Minors

Mitronex is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least eighteen years old.

Persons under eighteen must not create an Account, select an Access Package, use M-Coins or otherwise access or use the Service.

By accessing the Service, creating an Account or selecting an Access Package, the User confirms that they satisfy the applicable age requirement.

METROTEXT LIMITED may request reasonable proof of age where necessary to confirm eligibility, protect the Service or investigate information suggesting that an Account may be used by a minor.

The Service is not directed at minors, and METROTEXT LIMITED does not knowingly permit persons under eighteen to register for or use Mitronex or knowingly collect their personal data.

Users must not allow a minor to access their Account, use M-Coins, participate in Digital Entertainment Experiences or make payments through the Service.

Where METROTEXT LIMITED reasonably determines that a User is under eighteen or has submitted false or misleading age information, it may reject registration, restrict access or suspend or terminate the relevant Account.

Personal data associated with a minor will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, applicable data protection law and any legal or record-retention obligations.

5. Fair and Consistent Entertainment Mechanics

Digital Entertainment Experiences operate according to the software logic and interaction rules applicable to the relevant experience, including randomised visual or sequence-based mechanics where used.

METROTEXT LIMITED aims to maintain a consistent digital entertainment environment in which interactions are processed in accordance with the technical rules applicable to the relevant Digital Entertainment Experience.

Certain experiences may include elements of chance, timing, user selection, sequences or software-generated randomisation. These elements form part of the entertainment content and do not create any opportunity to obtain money, prizes, winnings, rewards or anything with real or potential economic value.

METROTEXT LIMITED does not guarantee any particular result, score, progression, sequence, visual outcome or level of enjoyment.

Any references within the Service to success, achievement, completion, score, progress or similar concepts describe only internal entertainment outcomes. They do not represent real-world probabilities, financial performance or opportunities for monetary gain.

Where a technical error, duplicate allocation, unintended functionality or inaccurate Account record is identified, METROTEXT LIMITED may correct, reverse or adjust the affected Account record or M-Coins allocation in accordance with the Terms of Service and M-Coins Policy.

Users must not knowingly exploit or conceal technical errors, vulnerabilities or unintended functionality and should report suspected issues to support@mitronex.com.

6. Voluntary Use and User Control

Use of Mitronex and the selection of Access Packages are voluntary.

Users may stop using the Service at any time, refrain from selecting additional Access Packages or request closure of their Account by contacting support@mitronex.com.

Users are encouraged to use the Service in a balanced manner consistent with its recreational purpose and to decide independently how often and for how long they access Digital Entertainment Experiences.

If use of Mitronex is no longer enjoyable or causes concern, the User should stop using the Service, avoid further purchases and take an appropriate break.

Repeated participation, extended use or the selection of additional Access Packages does not create any entitlement to financial returns, real-world rewards or other benefits with economic value.

7. Prohibited Use of the Service

Mitronex may be used only for lawful, personal and non-commercial digital entertainment.

Users must not attempt to obtain, create, extract, represent or assign any real-world or economic value to M-Coins, Accounts, scores, progress, visual outcomes or other elements of the Service.

M-Coins and Accounts must not be sold, transferred, gifted, rented, traded, exchanged, pledged or otherwise monetised. Secondary markets, peer-to-peer transfers, external exchanges and any other unauthorised arrangements involving M-Coins or Accounts are prohibited.

Users must not use bots, scripts, macros, automated tools, emulators or other unauthorised technology to access, interact with or manipulate the Service.

Users must not exploit technical errors, vulnerabilities, duplicate allocations, unintended functionality or other defects, or attempt to interfere with the operation, security or integrity of Mitronex.

Users must not create multiple Accounts without authorisation, use another person's Account, share login credentials, submit false or misleading information, use an unauthorised payment method or abuse refund and chargeback procedures.

Users must not bypass age restrictions, geographic restrictions, verification requirements, security controls or payment limitations through false identity information, virtual private networks, proxies or other concealment methods.

Users must not advertise, promote or represent Mitronex as a source of money, prizes, financial rewards, income or real-world value.

METROTEXT LIMITED may investigate suspected misuse and may temporarily restrict relevant Account or Service functionality while a review is conducted.

Where a breach is established, METROTEXT LIMITED may issue a warning, correct or remove M-Coins, reverse unauthorised activity, restrict payments, suspend functionality or terminate the Account.

Any action taken will be proportionate to the nature and seriousness of the conduct and will remain subject to applicable law, the Terms of Service and any valid consumer rights.

Advance notice may not be provided where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect Users, Payment Providers or the Service, preserve the integrity of an investigation or ensure legal compliance.

8. Honest Presentation and User Expectations

Mitronex is presented as a digital entertainment service intended exclusively for recreational use.

Information displayed on the Website should be understood in the context of digital entertainment and must not be interpreted as offering gambling, betting, wagering, financial services, prizes or an opportunity to obtain anything with economic value.

Descriptions, interfaces and Service communications are intended to provide Users with clear information about Access Packages, M-Coins, Digital Entertainment Experiences and the limitations applicable to their use.

M-Coins are internal digital interaction units and do not represent funds, money, cryptocurrency, stored value, property or a financial balance.

Any scores, achievements, progress indicators, visual outcomes or similar features exist only within Mitronex and do not create rights or benefits outside the Service.

Users must approach the Service solely as a leisure activity and without any expectation of profit, income, repayment, financial return or real-world benefit.

Where a User believes that information displayed through Mitronex is unclear, inaccurate or misleading, the matter may be reported to support@mitronex.com.

9. Changes to This Fair Play Policy

METROTEXT LIMITED may update this Fair Play Policy to reflect changes to the Service, Digital Entertainment Experiences, M-Coins functionality, applicable law, security requirements or operational practices.

The updated Policy will be published on mitronex.com and will identify the date on which the revised version becomes effective.

Where a change is material, METROTEXT LIMITED may provide additional notice through the Website, an Account notification, email or another appropriate communication method.

Changes will not retrospectively alter completed transactions or remove mandatory consumer rights.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated Fair Play Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

Users who do not agree with an updated version must stop using the Service and may request closure of their Account by contacting support@mitronex.com.
