Mitronex is a digital entertainment platform inspired by underwater worlds, coral reefs and ocean exploration. The platform is designed exclusively for entertainment purposes and does not provide gambling, betting, wagering or real-money gaming services.

Although certain interactive experiences may include elements of chance, users cannot win money, receive prizes or obtain anything of real or potential economic value through their participation.

All activities within Mitronex take place inside a closed digital ecosystem using M-Coins. M-Coins are internal digital interaction units intended solely for use within the platform. They do not represent money, electronic money, cryptocurrency, stored value, financial instruments or payment instruments.

Payments made through Mitronex provide access to digital entertainment content, interactive features and platform functionality. Users pay for digital entertainment services and do not make deposits, place wagers, purchase investments or participate in activities offering financial returns.

Mitronex does not provide cash prizes, cryptocurrency, gift cards, physical goods, services, redeemable rewards, payouts or any other benefit with real or potential economic value.

About M-Coins

M-Coins are internal digital interaction units used exclusively within the Mitronex ecosystem. They exist only inside the platform and may be used to access digital entertainment experiences and platform features.

M-Coins have no monetary, redeemable or transferable value. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, transferred, gifted, sold, exchanged or converted into money, cryptocurrency, goods, services or any other form of economic value.

The availability of M-Coins in a user account does not create ownership rights, stored funds, deposits, claims against METROTEXT LIMITED or any entitlement to payment, compensation or financial return.

M-Coins are not accepted by third parties and cannot be used outside Mitronex. The platform does not support peer-to-peer transfers, external wallets, secondary markets, exchanges or any other mechanism through which M-Coins could acquire real-world value.

Any attempt to sell, transfer, exchange or otherwise misuse M-Coins, circumvent platform restrictions or create unauthorised transfer mechanisms may result in account restrictions, suspension or termination in accordance with the Terms of Service.
